M3U & Xtream Codes Converter
Convert an M3U URL into Xtream Codes login details, or generate an M3U URL from Xtream Codes, both directions done entirely in your browser.
Conversion happens entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter here (server URL, username, or password) is sent to our servers, logged, or saved in local storage.
What is an M3U link?
An M3U URL is a link that points to a media playlist, commonly used by IPTV apps to load a list of live channels and video-on-demand streams. Note that an M3U URL (a link to a playlist) is different from an M3U playlist/file (the downloaded file itself). Many IPTV providers generate M3U URLs that follow the Xtream Codes get.php pattern, which is what makes them convertible, but not every M3U playlist can be converted into Xtream credentials. If a URL doesn't include a username and password, there's no Xtream login to extract from it.
What is Xtream Codes?
Xtream Codes refers to a server-side software package historically used by IPTV providers to manage subscriptions and content delivery, handling user accounts, channel and VOD organization, and authentication. An Xtream Codes login consists of a server URL, username, and password, which apps use to build the same kind of M3U URL this tool generates. The original Xtream Codes platform faced legal challenges and was shut down in 2019, though the login format it popularized is still widely used across the IPTV industry today.
This tool only converts between formats. It does not verify whether the resulting credentials work against an IPTV server. Have questions about your subscription? Contact us.
