- Refunds are not applicable for free trial periods.
2. Subscription Purchases
First-Time Subscriptions (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee): For all first-time purchases of any ROVE IPTV subscription plan, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
- This guarantee applies strictly to first-time customers only.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- A fee of 10.00 CAD will be charged if the user opted for IBO Player activation, as this is a third party service and the activation cost is non refundable
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued under the following circumstances:
- After the 7-day money-back guarantee period for first-time subscriptions has expired.
- For renewal subscriptions. Once a subscription has been renewed, it is considered final.
- Due to a user's internet connection issues or incompatible devices on the user's end. We recommend utilizing the free trial to test compatibility and internet stability.
- If the user has violated our Terms of Use (e.g., account sharing, resale, illegal activities).
- For dissatisfaction with specific content, channels, or VOD titles, as content availability may change.
- Refund requests submitted within the 7 day money back guarantee will only be accepted when a clear, solid, and verifiable reason is provided and can be confirmed by our technical support team. This policy is in place to protect our business from misuse, including cases where users attempt to access the service for free during the guarantee period and then request a refund.
- Refund requests will not be accepted in cases related to scheduled or emergency server maintenance, malfunctions or limitations caused by third party applications, or events beyond our control, including force majeure.
- For buffering or freezing issues, a refund request will not be accepted if the user declines to cooperate with our technical support team during troubleshooting, or if the user does not use their own VPN when recommended as a last resort to address potential ISP throttling.
- Refund requests will not be accepted due to EPG unavailability for specific channels, as we do not control the EPG feed provided by channel headquarters. Some channels do not include EPG data in their broadcast, and we only restream the available signal.
